Poetry: Why I love you?

I love you because you taught me how to be strong
during those times that I felt so afraid to face life challenges
you gave me hope to see the bright side of life
you encourage me to use my full potentials to uplift my future
and you taught me to believe in myself that I can do more better than I thought

I love you because you are always there by my side when I needed you most
when I felt so insecure, you made me feel confident
when I am so impatient, you taught me how to be humble
when I am so sad, you gave me reasons to smile
when I felt so depressed, you always make a way to cheer me up

I love you for being my friend
a friend whom I can depend on in times of troubles
a friend who is ready to listen even my nonsense ideas
a friend who appreciates even my worse looks
and a friend who always made me think positive all the time

I love you for being a brother
a brother who shares life secrets with me
a brother who helps me plan for life's best
a brother who teaches me how to strengthen my faith in God
and a brother who protects me from all harm

I love you for being my love
the love of my life who assures me that I will be accompanied until I grow old
my soul mate who always acknowledged my achievements in life
my partner who laughs with me
cries with me and stays on my side in sickness and in health

And most important, I love you for being my better half
who shares life with me, respects me
trust me and love me for the rest of our life
I love you for accepting me the way I am.
